A transplant from the Chilean Andes, Santiago is a full-time mountain guide in the Wasatch and Uinta mountains of Utah. Born with a disability that led to the amputation of his right leg below the knee, Santi has learned how to adapt to meet any objective and goal he has taken on. With countless First disabled ski descent and climbing ascents, Santi strives to inspire the next generation of adaptive athletes and to push what is possible to do with a prosthetic.
